We organise trading card game and tabletop events and sell related physical products online.

3. Products and Orders
3.1 Product Information
We aim to ensure all product descriptions and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and cancel orders if necessary.
3.2 Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Once an order is placed, you will receive confirmation via email.
3.3 Payment
Payment is taken at the time of booking or purchase.
We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are fulfilled using Royal Mail services.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Bristol Card Club is not responsible for delays caused by postal services.
5. Returns and Refunds (Products)
5.1 Returns
You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
5.2 Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund.
5.3 Unwanted Items
If you wish to return an item because it is no longer wanted, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
6. Events and Ticketing
6.1 Booking
Event tickets must be paid in full at the time of booking.
6.2 Refunds and Rescheduling
Tickets are refundable.
Customers may also request to transfer their booking to another event, subject to availability.
6.3 Event Changes
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events where necessary. In such cases, customers will be offered a refund or alternative booking.
6.4 Age Restrictions
Most events are suitable for ages 14 and above unless otherwise stated.
Dedicated events may be organised for younger participants
7. Code of Conduct
Bristol Card Club is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
By attending our events, you agree to:

- Follow event rules and organiser instructions
- Refrain from abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from events without refund if behaviour is deemed unacceptable.
8. Liability
8.1 Events
Participation in events is at your own risk.
Bristol Card Club is not liable for:
- Personal injury sustained during events (except where required by law)
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
