Event Safety & Waiver

1. Participation

By attending a Bristol Card Club event, you agree to participate at your own risk.

2. Assumption of Risk

Tabletop and trading card events are generally low-risk, but by attending you acknowledge that:

• Accidents or injuries may occur
• You are responsible for your own wellbeing

3. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bristol Card Club is not liable for:

• Personal injury sustained during events
• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings

Nothing in this clause excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.

4. Health & Safety

You agree to:

• Follow venue rules and organiser instructions
• Act responsibly toward others

5. Right to Refuse Entry

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove participants for safety or behavioural reasons.
