When are orders dispatched?

We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of purchase, Monday - Sunday (excluding bank holidays). If any delays in dispatching your order are expected, one of our team will reach out to you. 

Delivery Types

At the moment, we only offer delivery through Royal Mail. We will be looking into expanding our courier options soon. Our standard shipping offering is Royal Mail Tracked 48. At this time, our Express shipping offering is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Express Orders

We endeavor to dispatch all Express orders on the same day, as long as the order was submitted before 2pm Monday - Sunday (excluding bank holidays).

Bank Holidays 

Please note that our office is closed on Bank Holidays. All items ordered on a Bank Holiday will be dispatched within 2 working days of the next working day. Please also be aware that local bank holidays and closures may affect your delivery. 

Returns

We understand that not everything goes the right way. We have tried to make our returns process as simple as we can. 

Please ensure all returns are packaged safely in their original boxes/packaging and sent to us with a tracking number. 

Unwanted Products

  • Products can be returned for any reason with 30 days of the initial purchase. 
  • Any return postage costs will be paid by the customer for the unwanted items.
  • Single cards must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased.
  • Sealed products and accessories must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • Products not returned in the conditions as described above will be refunded at 50% of the sale value. 

Faulty or damaged products 

  • Faulty goods or goods damaged in transit, before receipt by the customer can be returned within 30 days of initial purchase.
  • You will need to use our contact us page, providing us with information and/or images of the fault/damage, we will then provide you with a returns postage label, free of charge. 
  • We offer a like for like replacement for faulty or damaged products, or we can also offer a full refund of the item(s) affected.
